Christchurch City's only Speight's Ale House

The Speight’s Ale House Tower Junction opened for business in December 2005.

In February 2018 we completed a substantial refit to realign the stars, this has included new features inside and out to complement our customer and know provides them with a more comfortable setting. The indoor/outdoor flow provides Tower Junction patrons with plenty of options , especially during summer.

The Speight’s Ale House Tower Junction has all of the superb Speight’s family of tap ales available. Our menu features Ale House classics like seafood chowder, blue cod, lamb shanks, steak, as well as vegetarian options. All meals are expertly matched to one of our fine tap ales, although an extensive range of wines, spirits, coffees and non-alcoholic drinks are also available.

If you are looking for the perfect gift, meal vouchers are available on request at the bar. The Speight’s Ale House Tower Junction is a superb venue for a group outing whether it is for a meal, drinks and nibbles in the bar or to enjoy the game on our big screen.
